Life Updates.
And I haven't quite gotten my green bike fixed. I talked to the dude at the bike repair place about a tire, but he won't have any new tires in until Friday. And they're $15 apiece. Ooog. There go more dineros. But maybe it'll be worth it--maybe this one will last more than a year and a half! It's cheaper than buying a new bike, anyway.
We have a scheme in the works, which involves biking and picnicking (<--oddly-spelled word) and swimming and camping. Possibly. Biking and eating, of course! Swimming--perhaps. Camping--er, we'll see. It would involve schedules cooperating (<--another oddly-spelled word), and permissions, and plans. But that would take care of several of my 12X2012's, such as the "Take a bike trip down the Hill of No Return on my green bike" one and the "Go swimming once or twice" one also.
I'm starting to half-toy with the idea of checking out another blog site, like Wordpress or something, but I dunno. Do I really neeed to start another blog, when this one isn't posted in enough, anyway? But as it is, I get bored on here in the evenings but don't want to go to bed. So I sit here, online, with abso-youtly nothing to do. Facebook isn't cooperating today, Twitter's boring, Facebook's normally a bit boring, too. The messageboards I'm part of aren't all that busy tonight. Game sites are full of stupid teenage boys who think that by saying 'hi' in the chatbox I'll fall desperately in love with them and agree to be their 'girlfriend.' (although I still haven't figured out how THAT works, since it'd be a 10,000% online 'relationship...' Talk about stupid.) Plus I'm bored with those games.
I should go. Either go to bed, or go read, or something. I should have been working with my Mum tonight, because I got a new dress (free!! I love it. Long story... =), but it's size 12 and I'm not. Thankfully she knows how to alter and take clothes in somewhat. And I'd like to have it done in time for my friend's wedding on Saturday (hahaha, like that'll happen. O well.).
Toodle-pip, I'll see y'all later! =)

Hey-dee-Hi-dee-Ho
And Blogger's doing something weird: I'm typing in Bernhard Something-or-other font instead of my regular font. And now it's back to normal. Odddddd.
Here are a few pictures from the corner of our dining room. We recently re-painted and rearranged the room, and then in the past couple weeks, Mom added this:

Christmas Video Post No. 14 "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch"
So what is your favorite Christmas song? Comment, and I'll put it up tomorrow, if I get the chance. Because I'm starting to lose ideas, even though I only need two more!
I'm looking forward to After Christmas, when I'll go back to regular posting. Maybe twice a week. 'Cause I think you're all getting a bit bored with this (I am, too). Next year, I think I'll only do it the week of Christmas, make it a little easier on all of us.
Merry Christmas!!!

How do other people come up with interesting post titles???
I finished the Feelin' Feminine Challenge last Sunday. I don't have pictures loaded on here yet, but I can tell you about it.
Thursday (Day 4) I wore a pale purple skirt with a peachy-orange shirt. Most of the day I wore my hair in ponytails, but, while preparing for Bible study, I discovered it is now long enough to braid again! Since then, I've worn my hair in braids 4 or 5 times! For accessories I wore a pair of home-made earrings.
Friday (Day 5) I wore a denim skirt and a pink shirt with a brown tank-top layered over it. I did my hair in braids (No, that's not repeating, because I only wore braids for two hours on Thursday) and wore a tan-and-pink Newsboy-style cap. :) I forgot earrings. I hate forgetting earrings. I need to start carrying some in my purse.
Saturday I wore that black skirt I had worn on Monday, a blue shirt, silver earrings, and my lovely black Eeyore hoodie. I had put my hair in braids on Friday, while it was wet, then left them overnight. In the morning my hair was all wavy, so I pulled some back in a clip, and left the rest curley.
Sunday morning I wore a skirt and a shirt. I don't remember which ones. Then, for volleyball, I wore that black skirt again with a green shirt, my hair in braids and a red bandanna.
I should have gotten more pictures, because just reading this wardrobe list is reeeelly boring.
This past week has been boring....nothing much happening. Rachel, you were absolutely correct. I was bored and gumpy and all that because last week was VBS at our old church. (check out last year's posts on it: pre-VBS, mid-week, post-VBS) Sis and I were invited again, but she has a new job and couldn't go. Supposedly, I was going to be busy, too, and I didn't know until Sunday that I would be bored-outta-my-gourd all week, and by then it was too late. >:( Miranda, Rachel, and Abbie, y'all need to convince your church event co-ordinators that it is imparative they do another session of VBS in August. Imperative! I had almost resigned myself to my VBS-less week because there was a Paul Colman concert that Sis and I were hoping to go to today. I mean, it's not VBS, but a concert would sorta make up for a boring week, right? It would, but on Sunday I found out that I'm not going. >:-( So that's why that post was so unhappy. *sigh* Kristen, Owan, Heather, and some others are going to the concert today. "You'd better enjoy it!!"
But the rest of the week wasn't too bad. I didn't do anything of importance. Monday I made something for Jordan. I'll tell y'all about that when I have pictures on here. *evil little snicker* >:D
Tuesday was rainy and slow and boring, which didn't help my mood.
Wednesday we had our first sweet corn of the season! We're within biking distance of a farm market, so I rode down there and bought a dozen of what must be the sweetest sweet corn ever, anywhere, at any time in the past, present, or future. I love good sweet corn. Oh, and to make it better, we watched a Cubs vs. Phillies game in which the Cubs won. :) That was fun.
Thusday was Bible study.
Friday we went to the Madison Re-store, and then to Paoli. Paoli is a small-ish town with quite a few interesting shops. There was an antiques store, card store, beaded-stuff store, an Upper Class Art Gallery (one chair there = $2,200, one little wooden shelf = $300, little-bitty wooden box = $78!!!! We are deffinately "Lower Class" people. Imagine paying twenty-two hundred for a chair! Wow. After that, I'd be scared to sit on it.), and a more interesting art gallery. I liked the second gallery better. It had more art work that, if I could afford it and had a place to put it, I would buy.
And then Short Stuff called, and it turns out that The Play that we were going to perform for the church talent night is most likely canceled. The other lead can't rehearse with the rest of us until Tuesday night, and Sis works until 8:00 or so, meaning she can't rehearse before next Saturday.....the day of the talent show. Rats. But we'll find something to do.
I have to go eat lunch now. I'm not per'tically hungry, but we're going out later, so I'd better eat. My appologies for any misspellings. The spell-check refuses to comply to my demands, and I don't want to read through the post again.
G'bai!

I'm still alive!...............................barely
the computer was locked up in my parents' room all weekend (poor Angus! I can't imagine what he did to deserve that!), and that's why I didn't post then. So.
I'll try to post a longer post tomorrow, but I can't make any promises. I was going to do a long post today, but I'm afraid it would start to sound grumpy, and grumpy posts are no fun to read unless you, too, are grumpy!
Anyways. I'll see y'all later!

Hullo.
My Green Bike was picked up from the bike shop today and I love riding it! It's taking a bit of getting used to, though, because the handlebars are so narrow.
Well, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is coming on now, so I'm going to go watch that! Sorry for this horribly boring post.
~Kiwi~
p.s. Fritz shall be going into the shop next week, so sometime after that y'all'll get some photos from vacation!

Wednesday
Sorry folks, I got nothing. And since I've got nothing left to lose, I'm asking you to tell me what one topic I should explain to you or discuss or whatever! I'll make up for this dismal little post on the weekend.
Song of the Day Game: I won! I slipped it past you! The winning phrase was found in the very last paragraph: "And it's like me to ramble on and on at this point, but guess what? Y'all were just saved by my timer going off! Lucky for you...." The song was "It's Like Me" by Kutless. I get another point! Yay!
And now I'm going to leave. As I have nothing left, if I were to stay here I'd just talk about boring stuff.
S'long.
~Kiwi da Boringfruit~
p.s. sorry that was so boring, but I promised you I'd be posting every Wednesday possible!

A New Post #2 Five Blogger Points to Whoever can Spot the Song Title in This Post!
Good news/bad news.
Good news: Avalon posted
Bad News: Avalon posted.
*Drat Angus!* We got it up to (hold onto your hats!) 133 comments! Isn't that amazing? Or at least kinda cool? Or slightly interesting? Maybe? *cough* So, she has continued her story some, if y'all want to check it out.
Um. What was I going to say?
I can't wait until Wednesday!! I get to see (hold on a sec. Mom's drooling over a label maker commercial. "I need a lllllabellll maker. Lllllllabelllll makers are my friends! I llllllove llllllabelllll makers!") two episodes of LOST in a row, due to missing it last week for Mythbusters. Oi, I wish They had kept LOST on at 9:00 instead of 8. Now Jordan always wants to see his favorite, Mythbusters, and so we have to take turns. And next Wednesday I have Bible study. Oi, I wish Angus would break this senseless vow of silence! (Oooh, I like using 'oi' as an exclamation! Maybe I really am an Aussie at heart.) The library won't let us watch it, as the computers are slightly too old or they blocked something or whatever. Anywhooze, the *hmph* point is they WON'T LET US WATCH LOST!!
But, Rapunzel is saying that I'm awfully negative, doing a lot of 'hmph'ing and 'drat'ing. She just called me a Negative Person!!!! How does she dare to do that??
"Quite easy. You're dark and depressing. Bottom of a well. With the first ladder rung out of reach. Maybe not that bit but...Kiwi! Not that! No!! *poke jab* I mean it! Don't say that bit!" (that was taken word for word from Rapunzel's big mouth.) "*Raspberry*"
"Right back atcha, 'Punzel!"
Aren't sisters wonderful?
"No, they stink! They're rotten, stinkin', devious little pests! Stop that! I didn't say stinkin'! You want to have hair tomorrow when you wake up, don't you? I'll pluck you bald....hair by hair!...........I should shut up now, shouldn't I?......Okay, you can put down 'clobber clobber!'" (please read disclaimer at the bottom)
um. *contemplates taking that out* *removes some of the more 'offensive' stuff* *disagrees with Rapunzel about what should and should not come out* *Kiwi wins!!*
ANYWHO! Back to an interesting topic.
I can't think of an interesting topic! My life is dull!
Yesterday, while doing research for History, I ran across an interesting (to girls) website: http://www.recollections.biz/. They sell Victorian, Edwardian, Civil War era, and pioneer-style dresses. I'm not going to be able to afford even one for a long time yet (and even then, I have no place to wear it to), but they're pretty to look at.
Hm. Oi, I sure do love to drive Rapunzel nuts! She's busy begging me to take even more of our conversation out. I'll give in a bit, so she'll stop 'jump starting' me.
And now, in the blink of an eye, my computer time is nearly up.
Ah, parting, 'tis such a sweet, sweet sorrow...
Let me know if any of you die so I'll know why you're not commenting. Because if you're not dead, you have no excuse for not commenting!! *coughdagmarcough* *coughmatttelldagmartocommentcough*
Rapunzel says I'm 'starting to babble' and to not 'start that again', so I'll stop and I won't, respectively. Oi. Sisters.
G'day!
~Kiwi
Please note: Rapunzel is not a shrew or a nag, she was not mad, she was playing along. Don't think that she's mean. Just....and older sister. Now she's leaning on me. "BUZZ OFF!"
Goodbye.

For Lack of a Better Subject....For Lack of Any Subject, actually
For one thing, y'all are doing awesomely well on the Comment Blitz! We're up to 74 comments.....in a mere week! Owan and Judi, you people are totally fantastic! I loved the recycling of comments, Owan, and Judi's spelling out of that (difficult yet popular) word 'Post!!!' was good. Keep it up! We are already near to breaking the record.
Um. Drat. I had most of a post written out on paper, but have lost the paper. Hmph.
I have been tagged by a Friend of Narnia, so I suppose I'll do that.
1.YOUR REAL NAME: Kiwi Elizabeth Fruit (Note: Kiwi Elizabeth Fruit is not quite my real name, but it'll work, won't it?)
2.WITNESS PROTECTION NAME (mother and fathers middle names): Carol Keith
3.NASCAR NAME (first name of your mother's dad, father's dad): Robert Loran
4.STAR WARS NAME (the first 3 letters of your last name, first 2 letters of your first name): Fruki (Cool! That'll be my next blogger-name)
5.DETECTIVE NAME(favorite color, favorite animal): Black Horse
6.SOAP OPERA NAME (middle name, town where you were born): Elizabeth Moline
7.SUPERHERO NAME (2nd fav color, fav drink, add "THE" to the beginning): the Red Mountain Dew (a.k.a. "Code Red" Mountain Dew! That worked out really well.)
8.FLY NAME (first 2 letters of 1st name, last 2 letters of your last name): Kiit
9.ROCK STAR NAME (current pets name, current street name): Angus Rink (Computers count as pets, don't they? and Rink is a former address. Yes, I cheat. Boo hoo.)
10.YOUR GANGSTA NAME (first 3 letters of real name plus izzle): Kiwizzle
So yup. Those are my multiple names. :D Another pointless tag.
How about some 'guess the song'? Another rather 'pointless' game, but kind of fun to do...if you're good with contemporary Christian music.
The Rules:
1. Guess the Title of the Song, the Artist(s), and the Album.
2. You are not allowed to look up anything on the Internet, your personal files, or your ipod, or your mp3 player. Your only resources are your memory or someone else's memory. (Oh, and your computer's memory is off-limits!)
3. Five points for correct song title, five for correct artist, five for correct album.
4. Follow all the rules!!!
Got the rules down? Okay, let's go!
1. I'll guard your heart. With quiet words I'll lead you in.
2. Back to the first love I ever knew!
3. I’ve never lied. Well, I guess I’ve told a few.
4. I'm so blue, so blue
5. But I could never live in a yurt on a diet of Mongolian barbecue
6. Haunted by each heartbreak and mistake, I've let weigh me down
7. Sometimes I still never see when perfect opportunities come my way
8. And that's everything you've ever needed and it's all you've got
9. I know I was wrong and I've made some mistakes
10. Where's your treasure, where's your hope if you get the world and lose your soul?
11. But I know what you meant to say instead was really that you wanted us to run away
12. It’s for the poor, the broken and the meek, it’s for the ones who look a lot like you and me
13. You're always good, always good to me.
14. It's not living if you don't reach for the sky
15. Lift up your head my dear friend this tunnel does have an end
Goodbye, and good luck.
Um. There wuz something more I wanted to say. Drat. Again.
I finished a new set of cards! Now I must scan them, design the card, and they'll be ready to print and sell once I get an Etsy set up.
Oh, yeah! The mini-survey I conducted! Here're the results in no particular order:
Adam Agee:
1. espn
2. grand cayman, cayman islands
3. hoo hoo
Skittles:
1. Chocolate!!
2. Greece
3. NIGHT CRICKET!!!
Blueh:
1. Fun weakness? newsboys. ALL THINGS NEWSBOYS.
2. NEW ZEALAND. :D That's where my best friend is. :D
3. I'm both! A night AND morning person! :D If I had the stamina, I'd stay up for a full 24 hours. Which I've only done ONCE. :P
Guitargirl:
1- I'm gonna have to go with Blueh on this one; newsboys :-)
2- Concerts
3- I'm not sure. I can actually be a grouch anytime; it doesn't have to just be in the morning or night ;)
Judi:
1: Music..I have 150 cds..and still not enough..
2: There's this little walk way outside my youth building at church that I just LOVE to take walks on in the morning..I could go back and forth..so while it's not Italy or anything..it's a pretty place..
3: Night person..absolutely..I'm a creature of the night :-)
Owan:
#1 That would be Down Under the Big Top. ;)
#2 I want to go everywhere. I want to tour America and Canada and visit the British Commonwealth, mainly. Also Russia and France.
#3 I'm a afternoon person, I think.
Matt:
1. Music. That shouldn't shock anyone. :D
2. Umm, I don't know.
3. Night owl. Definitely
Pooky's Girl:
1. Candy that does not contain chocolate.
2. Home (ie, Iowa).
3. Night owl to the extreme. Of course, having insomnia does not help things...
Kirsten:
1. Coffee with chocolate creamer (It's so satisfying).
2. Peninsula State Park, Door County, Wisconsin.
3. Night Owl.
Friend of Narnia:
1. Chocolate
2. Bear Mountain, New York! (or anywhere in the mountains in NY, for that matter)
3. Night owl!!! Tina and Emmie and I were up till 2AM after you guys left on Monday! ;D And that's it. So we have no morning peeps reading this? That's good. Morning people annoy me when they get up early and wake me. Mom says it'll serve me right if I married a morning person. Okay, that is now a requirement: any boyfriend of mine must be a night owl! :D
What else? My friend, Jumbo Shrimp, has joined our community! I'll let y'all jump on over to her blog, if you want. She has a good poem by Shel Silverstein on right now. Hi Jumbo Shrimp!
I wish that Blogger had the same sort of deal as Juno. They (Juno) say that if you refer a friend to Juno, you get $30. Well, my friends Avalon, Catfreak, Kirsten, and Jumbo Shrimp have all been inspired by Yours Truly to join, I should get....*does some math*........$120!
Um, yes. I'm running out of things to say. Oh, Avalon and Catfreak: email me with the email addresses you use for blogging, and I can invite y'all to join a blog I created for us! We can use it like Myspace or Facebook, only just with us. (sorry to leave the rest of y'all out. :)

Hello, my friends!/Cancellation of Comment Blitz
Ho hum bug.
Sorry, I'm just a little bored. I had a great idea of what I wanted to say today, but it just up and left.
I'm bummed. Downhere, Jason Gray, Daniel Kirkley, Jaime Jamgochian, and Lanae Hale are coming near My-ville on a Bethlehem Skyline Tour. Tickets are only $20, for five artists plus dinner, but I don't got twenty extra bucks! So donations are accepted, the larger the better.... Just kidding. But I'm trying to buy Christmas presents now so that if I can get my sticky fingers on $20 I can spend it on a ticket instead of presents. So I need to finish buying things, and make twenty bucks, but then I need to actually find where I can get tickets, 'cause I've been searching the Internet for 'em. But THEY'RE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!!! ANYWHERE! I searched Downhere's website, Jason Gray's, the Bethlehem Skyline Tour site, and HMPH.
WAIT A SECOND!!!!! I FOUND 'EM, THE TRICKY LITTLE BUGGERS! Hahaha! The Kiwifruit triumphs yet again! I found them on the website of the church that the concert's gonna be at. But that's odd. This website says tickets are $12, whereas I was informed they were $20. I'll have to research that, but this'll make it easier to get to go!!! Happy Day!
I'm going to publish this now, to appease the public (namely Judi, whom I think is just itching to bug me into posting :-), but I've got a poem to put up later, so keep checking back.
TaTa For Now!!

Owan invited Rapunzel and me over tomorrow for a NEWSBOYS/TOBYMAC concert!! Okay, not quite an official concert, but we're going to be watching TobyMac's Alive and Transported, and da Boyz' Houston we are GO!! I can't wait! I had the time of my life when I saw them in concert in March of last year. And I desperately want to go see them again, but as I can't go to Central America (where they're performing now), I suppose this will have to do. :-D Look at this picture. Isn't that sad?? Why can't they give a free concert closer to me? I can't go all the way down to Tucson for it. *tries not to start crying*
"Peter, Duncan, Paul, or Jeff: If you're reading this, PLEASE, come to Wisconsin and give a free concert! PLEASE!"
*sigh*
I might go out and try to find a nice hat. I don't have nearly enough hats. All I've got is a pink floppy-hat and a denim baseball cap. I like the girl's fedoras at Kohls and Target, but what am I supposed to wear them with? I'd have to go out and find a new outfit just to wear with my hat. I wish I could find a hat like Paul Colman's. Or like the one Peter wears in Love Liberty Disco. That would be sweet.
So.......yup. Ho-hum. Still bored.
I've been playing a rather interesting game called Poptropica. It's rather boring after a long while, but it's not bad. I beat all the 'islands', so there's not much left on there for me to do.
I need to get off now, because Mom is coming up to work on the boys' school with 'em. I need a computer of my own.
Oh, and I wish I could get dressed up today, because I thought of a good community service project I could do. Y'know all those horrible blow-up Halloween decorations? Like, the Frankenstein's monster, giant pumpkin, etc.? Well, I'd dress up like an Indian, complete with bow and arrows and, *evil little snicker*, KILL all the blow-up things! That would be so much fun! Except we don't celebrate Halloween, and some people might consider that vandalism. I don't, though. It's doing the neighborhood a service. Some people might thank me for it. Maybe next year.
I need 2 go now, so I'll talk to y'all later. See ya!

Tomorrow...
My feet are killing me. I feel like I did the day after Adventureland, when I walked so much in wet shoes. Last night I felt so tired I could have cried. I wasn't sad, just tired!
We got the house cleared out, but not without mishap, however. The rain had slowed by ten, but Dad had already called some of the people who were going to come, telling them that we wouldn't start loading until about one-thirty or two-ish. Dad and Grandpa got the deep freezer out of the basement with some grunt work, and out to the U-haul. The truck bed was wet and slippery as Grandpa helped pull the freezer up while Dad pushed it. He lost his footing and slipped, and as he did so, the freezer tipped and fell on his legs/hip. Grandpa's okay now, but his legs hurt and he's using a wheelchair and crutches. We had to call an ambulance for him, then Mom and Grandma followed it to the hospital, where they were for most of the day. The good news is that no bones were broken as far as they could tell. But this means that Grandma and Grandpa won't be coming up with us tomorrow and helping us move in. :~(
A total of nine people came to help us, ten if you count a little boy who mostly played with Monkey (my seven-year-old bro). One family was supposed to bring Sloppy Joes and other food to eat after we had gotten most of the work done. But since we didn't start until two, and most of our food was packed or at G&G's house, all we had were baby carrots, hard-boiled eggs, string cheese, and one slice of a Subway sandwich left over from Friday's lunch. Monkey had the sandwich. There was no salt for the eggs. How can you eat hard boiled eggs if you have no salt??? I had had one like that for breakfast on Friday, and it was just plain dull. I had to go down to the local inconvenience store and buy some. Why do they sell just plain pepper and pepper-and-salt, but no just plain salt?? That was all I wanted! Plain ol' salt! But noooo, I had to buy unwanted pepper, too, and with my own money! *sigh* isn't life aweful? :-D
Now that G&G aren't coming up with us, the plans have changed. I'm not sure whether they're for the better or the worst.
The original plan: Dad drives the truck and Mom follows him, taking the boys with them, and leave around 5:30 a.m. Then Grandma takes our Astrovan and Grandpa their van, and we leave around eight or eight-thirty.
The revised plan: We all get up at the unGodly hour of four-ish in the morning, and leave by five-forty-five-ish. Dad drives the moving van with at least one boy in it. Mom, and possibly one boy, follows in Dad's work car, the Maliblue (It's a blue Malibu. Maliblue!). Rapunzel follows Mom in the Astro. With me in it. Did I mention she just got her driver's license on Thursday, and this will be her first time driving solo? *stifles a shriek* I'm scared. This should be interesting.
A good thing about this is: Mom and Dad have to make a final walk through the house at 8:30. Since I'll be coming along, I have a better chance of presenting my case and receiving the room I want. The house has five bedrooms. It has already been decided that Rapunzel gets the downstairs one. Of the four upstairs, I get one, Mom and Dad get one, the boys share one, and the fourth is the schoolroom. I want the one on the southeast corner of the house. It's the front left room if you're facing it from the road. They want me to have the southwest room, on the back of the house. It's the smallest bedroom. I think it's big enough for the schoolroom, but M&D don't. I hope it is bigger than they thought it was, because I don't want a really long, skinny, small room.
Bored. I should get off now, but there's nothing to do. The others are watching some boring show about guns (sorry, anyone who likes boring shows about guns), and I'm tired of sitting and reading.
I'll post again as soon as possible, and who know when that'll be. Forgive me, Judi, if it takes more than five days. At least I have an excuse!

Debating...
We're studying 'predestination and election' in the bible study part, which I find really confusing and boring. From what I've figured out, according to the philosophy that the teachers have, God chose me to go to heaven or hell, at His whim, and there's nothing I can do about it. So in other words there's no point to life? I can just go out and do whatever I want and commit every sin in the book, but still go to heaven (that is, if I'm one of the select few)? Or I can believe that I'm saved, but I wasn't selected, so no matter what I do, I'm going to hell? I just don't get it. Predestination is a tricky subject. I usually end up zoning out half-way through it (and hope no-one asks me a question) because I just can't follow everything they're saying!
Now, my other choice of a way to get out of the house is to go to a pool party being hosted at the local pool. It's for boy scouts and their families, and S. is a boy scout, so I could go if I want to. That might be fun, since I've only been in a pool once this summer. But (there's always a catch), the only people I'd know there would be Mom, Dad, and my brothers. And what fun is a pool party if you don't hardly know anyone? Of course, my dad would point out the extreme abundance of teenage boys there. (With the stories S. comes home with, I don't know whether or not it's safe around that wild bunch! They have a pyrotechnician, a drill sargent, a candidate for the Funny Farm, a hyperactive nut or two, and who knows what else!) And the one sane one in the bunch that I know isn't in boy scouts any more.
At youth group, it's "new freshmen Sunday", which means that everyone has to introduce themselves, giving their name, age, and grade. But what grade am I in?? I chose Junior last year, because it meant it would be a longer amount of time before I'd have a certain teacher (I really don't like his teaching style. At all.), even though I was only 15 1/2 at the time. Now I'm stuck. I can't say this is my Senior year, because that raises questions.
"Aren't you only 16??"
"Yes, but..."
"How can you be a Senior??"
"You see..."
"Is it because you're homeschooled?"
"Yes, sort of..."
"So you're a year ahead of everyone else?"
"Not really. I'm just..."
"But you just said that you're 16 and a Senior."
"I know, but..."
"Whatever."
But then again, I can't say I'm a Junior, because that's what I was last year. So. I'm stuck. That's one of the disadvantages to homeschooling. My family's grades are all mixed up. It's frustrating! >:-[ (those are little frowny-eyebrows on the face there)
Maybe I'll go ahead and go to the pool party. Sometimes I hate having choices! It can be annoying. Anyway, we'll see.
Well, that's all I have time to say. K. wants to get on Angus now (Angus is the name of the computer. Weird, I know, but it fits it. Somehow.), so I'd better get off.
Adios!
