Fail

I feel bad, because this blog seems to be dying.

I've had it for almost 4 whole years, but my posts have been slowing down, and so have the comments. I'm running out of things to talk about, I guess, and so my posts get more and more boring. The more boring they are, the fewer comments, the fewer comments the more boring I figure my posts are, so the less I post.
Make sense?

Kind of.

Well, how about some pictures? In all likelihood, nobody will look at them anyway, but it'll make me feel better knowing something has been posted. =P

At a garden store this summer.

At Pier 1, they had a giant fork. It was a fork that could speak, and as we passed it called to me. "Psst! Hey! You with the camera! How can you resist getting your picture taken with me, a Giant Fork? When will you have a chance like this again? Never, that's when. THIS is a once in a lifetime photo-op. Take it now, or you'll regret it the rest of your life." So I had my picture taken with the Giant Fork. =)

A friend's wedding last summer. This little girl was adorable, dancing with her daddy!

My puppy, Bear. He's a chocolate lab/Chesapeake bay retriever, about 2 1/2 years old.

We took this at a young adult conference. There was a photo scavenger hunt; this was the team "In a closet." I don't really know any of the people in the picture, but I like it! =D

And thus ends another 'thrilling' post. =/

Snowed In and Bored...

We were snowed in today (Probably yesterday by the time I publish this), and got a bit bored, so I decided to document our adventures! These were taken with a computer's webcam, so they're not the best quality, but I thought you might enjoy them. =)

I discovered some interesting camera settings:

This next one is using the 'sharpen' setting. I was getting so bored that I was ready to clean and pack up! You know you're bored when...

...you voluntarily clean and watch the sheets dry!

I was amused by the dog, though.

Finally wore out my slippers, I think. I looked down and there were several more holes than usual. =/ I'll miss 'em.

Made a delicious pot-roast for supper! A bit dry in the end (hence the gravy), but tender as can be and not bad for a first try, even if I do say so myself! =)

Now we're watching Dick Van Dyke episodes (It may look like a walnut....) and chilling on the computers. =)

Boy, this day was exhausting! ;) Goodnight!
(here's where Kiwi would sign, but she's asleep right now.)

Watch this:

Mom had some shopping to do yesterday, and Jordan, Monkey, and I accompanied her (against our wishes). For some reason, there is something in the store name 'Kohls' that strikes terror into the boys' eyes. As soon as they see that we're pulling into the parking lot they try to resist.
Let's just say that after Kohls, they weren't quite as quiet as before.
Upon reaching home, we remembered what we should have done to quiet them.
Watch this:

:D
Keep that in mind next time you're shopping with a pair of squirrely, giggly boys.

We're leaving for vacation a week from tomorrow!! We're heading down to the Creation Museum in Kentucky. I'm not sure what else we'll be doing, but I can't wait to get to the museum.
Anybody else going to be there?

Okay, well I'll see you later!
